I need help

Can you please help me? I am currently 5'2 126.5lbs with excess body fat and I want to tone up. I used to be 216lbs. Which exercise plan should I do? Also I follow the same diet as you but as for supplements I can’t take anything that involves caffeine because I have epilepsy so all those energy powders and pills i can’t take. I am currently taking a Multi-Vitamin, ISO-100 Protein Powder, Super B-Complex, Fish Oil, Chromium Picollinate, L-Arginine, and L-Carnitine. Please help me with a workout plan. thank you so much! You are doing good on the supps. i would recommend starting the recommended monthly workouts that are outlined under the workout section. Or you can try starting with this workout.
