Grams of fat and protein do I need?
Just curious how many grams of protein and fat should I be eating each day to tone up and get more definition. I’m happy with my weight but my body fat percentage according to my scale seems to be high (16-17%). I’m 5'3 and 99 pounds, I eat about 1200 calories a day. Any suggestions?
You should be having 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound that you weigh. To get really lean, I would rotate your fats on a 3 day rotation.. 1 high fat day followed by 2 very low fat days. Forces your body to use fat for fuel. Keep it low carb too for a really ripped look.
