How many days a week can I work out on weights and cardio to lose weight!!!!I need to lose 50 pounds!!! I want to have flat abs and i want to be toned too!!!How many reps should I do and how many min or hr a day can I do to lose it and keep it off for good beside diet and nutrition!!!!
