Hi Lisa, I am a overweight guy trying my hardest to slim down; however my meal plan states I need to consume between 3259 – 3759 calories and between 72g – 127g of fat is this right?
Age – 24 HT: 6'0" WT: 310 lbs. lift weights 3-5 times a week
woah!!! I think that is WAY too many calories. I am thinking you should aim to get down to 210-240 pound… yes? In that case, you could lose that weight in a about a year..l slashing 1,000 cals off that number. would shoot for 2200-2500. Where are you getting these numbers from?
