CALORIE INTAKE AND FAT LOSS
hello! I am trying to tone up and loose a little body fat. I was told a couple different things as far as calorie intake…one that I should have about 1300 calories all day, period. AND the other is that i should have 1300 PLUS whatever I burned..
I know you need to fuel your body to gain muscle but, if im trying to lean, tone up and loose body fat should I stick with the lower calories no matter what I burn??
I would have to know how many calories you are currently eating to really give you the best advice, as well as your weight and your goal weight. Let me know!
