Midsection
Hi there!
I was at the intermediate level of trainer but slacked off for some time. recently I have been getting back into it, trying to prepare for the summer, anad wanted to know what the best and most effective way of obtaining awesome beach abs are. Also, I am 5'2 and 13lbs0, every fitness magazine I read says I’m overweight. what is ideal?
If you want a defined midsection, it is all about body fat. You can crunch and crunch, but they development will never show if your abs are covered by a layer of fat. Watch your diet, focus on challenging cardio and keep your resistance training consistent to maintain optimal metabolism. I would’t focus on your BMI, rather focus on your body fat percentage.
