beginner workout
Hi In my profile I put that I am female, sedentary lifestyle and 46. Past history of exercise. No health problems. Lose weight. The work out that was printed is four days with seven exercises, 3 sets of 10 reps each. I was shocked to see a workout that demands so much for someone who is at a beginner level. I know I can do it but someone who doesn’t have the knowledge would be over doing their exercising. Why such a demanding exercise regimen right at the beginning? I was hoping for your opinion. I am okay with the duration, but I would rather see you do more reps with a lower amount of weight so you can not only focus on form, but increase endurance. Try it and see how you feel. Adjust it as necessary so you can successfully build up to the required exercises.
