Fat burner ok?
I am 5'7 130 pound female, looking to lose those last 5-10 pounds. I workout at the gym 4 times a week, 30 min cardio, 30 min weights. I am thinking about trying a fat burning supplement, specifically Lipo 6 Black Hers. Ultimately I want to lose several pounds around my mid section and build stronger muscles. Is this a safe supplement for my size and goals?
Safe? hmmm! every stimulant can have side effects. The most important thing is to read the labels and know exactly what you are taking versus what you are sensitive to. Do you have any health concerns or adverse reactions to herbs or caffeine? I take SCI-FIT’s Themo-Lyn for short term only, and only if I need that extra kick to tighten up in a short amount of time. If you have been doing 30m of cardio and 30m of weight training for some time, it is time to amp the intensity, either by increasing time, speed or incorporating fat burning training techniques such as super sets or HIIT training.
