Quick question about abs
Hi there.. I’m 23, 5'6 115 pounds(female) and I weight train 5 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week.. My diet is extremely clean and I do abs every other day.. I’ve been doing this routine for the past 5 months.. My question is why don’t I have abs, everything else looks great but I don’t have the definition I want on my stomach.. Thank you
You have not mentioned when you work your abs?!! They are like any other muscle in your body. You can be lean, but if there is no muscle underneath, nothing will show!
