You need to strengthen your rotator cuffs and all heads of the deltoids. You will need to google “internal and external shoulder rotation” to see those exercises. Plus you need to do db laterals to front, side and back, and also must work on BB and DB presses. But you should see a sports doctor to make sure your shoulder is healthy enough for weight training.
