get lean transform
i have a little more muscle on me than i want right now but i do got cuts, i want to leanen up more and get conpletely ripped, how can i do that?
Use a high protein, low carb, medium fats diet. Keep weight training to a minimum (maybe two sessions per week lifting for high reps of 15-20 per set). Perform cardio workouts 4-6 days per week on an empty stomach in the morning for 30-60 min per session, depending on how much fat you want to lose. Best to increase cardio gradually each week.
