what’s good Eric, I would like a physique somewhat like yours I weight is about 198Lbs and height about 5'8 ½ with about 13.5% body fat.How do I calculate the carbs & Protein to LOSE my gut once and for ALL? THANKZ!!
Likely you will need to be about 180 lbs to have the look you want. So, I will give you this as a base, although it may need to be adjusted based on results as you move along. Shoot for about 270 grams of protein daily…about 135 grams of carbs on training days and 90 grams on off days…also, in addition to the fats that naturally occur in your food shoot for an additional 20-30 grams of healthy fats per day.
