I really need abs
I was wondering how i would have to eat and exercise to have a six pack?
Very tough to generalize this question, but the basic story would be to train abs 3 non-consecutive days per week. Each workout pick one crunch-type movement, one leg lift-type movement, and one movement to target obliques. Do about 2-3 sets of each, keeping reps about 15-20 per set. The diet should be high in protein, medium to low in carbs and medium to low in fats. To burn off enough fat to really see the abs most people also need to do cardio training — somewhere between 30-45 minutes 3-6 days per week.
