can you give some ideas on dieting, like to loose 100 lbs.

-Eat 5 to 6 small meals per day -Eat low fat proteins at each meal (chicken, turkey, egg whites, fish, whey protein) -Eat starchy carbs only at breakfast (oatmeal, Ezekiel bread, sweet potato are good choices) -With all remaining meals eat salads and vegetable with your protein (green veggies are best) -With each vegetable or salad add a healthy fat like olive oil, walnuts, almonds, flax seeds, artichoke or avocado. -Do not snack in between meals if possible.
