Workout advice
What program would you recommend to gain mass and strength. I’m 22 years old, 6'4", and I weight 185. I’m trying to get to 220 or somewhere close by next summer. I’m going out for a semi pro football team and I need weight and strength as soon as possible
I would google my POWER, REP RANGE, SHOCK training program and maybe even get the DVD or E-Book. My program puts on size and strength quickly, just as long as you eat sufficient calories from high quality food each day. You likely need in the neighborhood of 4000 calories per day to make that kind of jump in weight…maybe more. Supplements like creatine, beta alanine, and BCAA’s will also help.
