building mass
Do you have any tips on how to build some serious mass? I would appreciate anything thank you.
Mass is built through heavy, intense training with mostly compound lifts (bench, squat, deadlift, rows, military presses, etc)…consistent consumption of quality proteins/carbs/fats for 5-7 meals per day…proper rest, as in 7-9 hours of sleep per night…and solid supplements like creatine, BCAA’s and whey protein. It is not magic…it is dedication, discipline, desire, and consistency of the things I mention above.
