Extra fat
Hi Eric, I use to work out and had success before.I want to start again,but being a single dad with 3 kids can be hard to do.Kids are 14,11,and 7 in ages,and I run a plumbing business on top of looking after the kids. My question is…should I do Ab work-outs even though I still have a lot of extra weight in my mid-section?
Doing ab exercises is fine, but will do nothing to burn fat off the stomach. All you will do is strengthen and develop the abdominals, but they will be hidden under the fat. You will need to incorporate a proper fat loss diet, and some cardio workouts consistently along with ab movements if you ever want a chance to see them.
