Help Gaining Muscle Mass
Hey Eric,
I've been trying to gain muscle mass for about a year now. I've been stuck at 150lbs for most of it, and last night I left the gym at 154lbs. My goal is to get up to 165 in lean muscle weight. I have a very high metabolism and my job/family only gives me time for 3 days a week for training and I cant afford to eat the 5000 calories a day that I need. I dont know if you can make up a specific workout or meal plan that I could go off of or not. My wife is a very picky eater so she's always having me buy pizzas, hot dogs, chicken nuggets/strips/ and patties. Thats all we ever eat unless I'm lucky enough for her to want steak or pork chops or pasta. I know thats a lot to take in and I appreciate your upcoming response whatever it may be.
If you ever wanted to work with me online on your training or nutrition you can contact me at bodyfx2@aol.com for my services and rates. Here I can only tell you that you HAVE to eat more calories. You may have to eat differently from your wife in order to achieve your goals. You need dense foods like red meat, eggs, fatty fish like salmon, pasta, bread, rice, potatoes, fruit, nuts and peanut butter. Should not be that expensive and it will make a world of difference in your gains!!!
