what are the best exercises to gorw these tow areas?
For the lats specifically, the best movements are those with arms closer to body, such as underhand or close grip BB bent rows, T-Bar rows, DB rows, seated cable rows, pulldowns, pullups, and machine rows. In addition machine and DB pullovers, as well as stiff arm pulldowns really hit the area hard right under the armpit. For rear delts you have various bent laterals…seated or standing with DB’s and cables. There are also the seated reverse flye machine and BB and seated rows with a wide grip pulling the bar to the chest.
