First..Thanks for open question…I’m 5'11, 190lbs…trying to find a workout/meal plan to get lean and build physique…ant recommendations? I workout in the mornings.

Hard to give just a general meal plan, but the basics would be the following:

-6 meals per day -35 to 40 grams high quality protein each meal -40 to 50 grams carbs with meal 1 to help fuel workout and another 50-60 at meal post workout (of course also with your protein) -meals 3-6 should be mostly protein, vegetables and healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, almonds, walnuts, fish oil, and natural peanut butter -On days you do not train you can drop the carbs back a bit since not as much energy will be needed. -Supplements like EFX Kre Alkalyn and HBM can also help build solid muscle.
