lose fat and tone
Both my wife and I are trying to lose fat and try and tone up the muscle under the fat. We saw your rotating split on Mens Fitness and liked the idea behind it. Could you help us put together a workout along those lines? We are doing pretty good with the diet. It is the workout part we are struggling with.
