Increase size and strength , not gut
Hello, I have been working out for some time and I want to continueto increase size and strength but want to lose my gut. Is theresomething I could take or a type of workout I should be doing?

Keep lifting like you are lifting, throw in a little cardio, either on an off day, or a double session here and there.
Try a “Fat Burner.” I use RoxyLean from BPI (but there are otheres). Kick up the metabolic rate, burn some extra k’s. etc. Also helps to curb hunger.
Eat really clean after 3 PM too!
