Ultimate athelete

hi guys i weigh in about 67kilos looking to be 75 kilo and perhaps ultimate goal 80 kilos lean, but still have good speed,strength and flexibility,….what would be yr best advice to attain such a goal

explosive lifts… work the deadlift, squat, clean and press, bench press. alternate between power workouts (with heavier weight and lower reps, like 2-8 reps per sent) and high speed workouts with faster, high reps sets.

For Cardio, sprints, stairs, hills, etc.
