Resistance bands vs. Free weights
Hi there,
I’m 36 years old 5'9" and 240 lbs. I’m really trying to get in the best shape of my life. I’ve been working out every day for an hour for the past three weeks. My question is can I build the same type of mass muscle with bands as I could with free weights? Also how long before I start to see results?

Eddie – the bands are ok but sooner or later you are going to need to get into the gym and do a more robust workout.
At 36 years old 5'9" and 240 lbs – you should see results pretty fast before you “hit the wall.” I cannot give you a time frame casue your diet, training intensity, etc all factor in.
