What kind of workouts would get me on shape. On 3 months.

Try something like this Monday: ½ weights 45 mins cardio Tuesday: 1 hour weights Wednesday: 1 hour cardio Thursday: 1 hour weights Friday: ½ weights 45 mins cardio Saturday: 1 hour cardio Thursday: 1 hour weights
For your weight training, try a Px90/Cross fit approach, training a few bodyparts in a a fast paced rotation.
