Need some help

I’m 6'1, 227 and am not sure my body fat %. I would like to lose 20 pounds and really cut up. With my job, I would ideally want to work out in the morning. Most mornings I just don’t have the drive to get up and going to the gym after work is even harder than getting up to go in the morning. Plus, sticking to a strict eating plan is very difficult at work. Can you help me??

Yea bro – I work out in the morning so I feel your pain… A good pre workout product will help. I know my am workouts are much better with a scoop of 1MR. Aside from that, you just need to get through the first week of morning workouts… the hard part is getting to the gym when your body is not ready to go… once you get your body used to going before work, it is a lot easier – believe me. As for eating, it is like anything – stop and plan out how you should eat. “If you fail to plan, you should plan to fail.” What food do you need to bring from home, where can you get a healthy meal during the day? Keep a tub of your protein in the car with you so you can always have a shake whenever needed. I can tell you this – there is a tub of SuperPro in the back of my truck right now!
