Nutrition planner
I have begun using the systems nutrition planner but I do not see how to add my vitamins and supplements. Shouldn’t they be part of the system because M&F promotes them for our use but then we can not easily add them into the daily meal plan.
You can add supplements intot he Meal Planner by using Custom Foods. You can add the infomation off of the label and enter in the product you are taking.
